Highlights

Objective: Build a production-ready online shop with a fast, responsive UI, secure authentication, and seamless payment flow.
Dataset: Product catalog, images, and order data stored in a database; includes product metadata, categories, pricing, and inventory information.
Approach: Component-based frontend, RESTful API backend, server-side validation, feature flagging for A/B tests, and responsive mobile-first design.
Models / Methods: Pagination, server-side filtering & search, caching for product pages, background job processing for order fulfillment and emails.
Evaluation: Tracked page load times, checkout conversion rate, and error rates — replace with exact metrics (e.g., average LCP, conversion uplift).
Pipeline & Reproducibility: Dockerized development and production images, CI for tests and linting, scripts for DB seeding and migrations.
Deliverables: Full source code, setup scripts, documentation, admin dashboard, and deployment configuration.
Role & Contributions: End-to-end implementation — frontend UI, backend API, database schema, payment integration, authentication, deployment automation, and testing.
